Sleepless Nights in Santa Rosa?

January 13th, 2010 by acument78

Sleepless Nights in Santa Rosa? Welcome to Mark’s Santa Rosa sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Santa Rosa sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.

This week, I will use California and see what happens. I ordered California on http://sleepproductsreview.com. I didn’t even need to leave my Santa Rosa house to pick it up at a Santa Rosa drugstore. California is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Windsor insomniacs and Windsor holistic health professionals.

In addition to reporting on my Santa Rosa sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Santa Rosa insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.

Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.

I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps California will help get the other half in gear.

Check back soon.

Sleep Deprived in Santa Rosa?

January 7th, 2010 by acument78

Sleep Deprived in Santa Rosa? Mark’s Aurora Discussion On Causes Of Narcolepsy In Illinois

Sleep deprivation is not only irritating, it can be down-right dangerous. According to the National Sleep Research Project:
INDENT:

The 1989 Exxon Valdex oil spill, the Challenger space shuttle disaster and the Chernobyl nuclear accident have all been attributed to human errors in which sleep-deprivation played a role.

I’m not an oil tanker captain, astronaut or nuclear power plant worker, but I am a sleepy Santa Rosa parent and small business owner–and I think these jobs are just as important. I don’t want insomnia to cause me to make mistakes at my Santa Rosa home, Sebastopol office or driving my kids to their Santa Rosa school.

I have been using 7Hour Slumber and Reposanex. (See http://sleepproductsreview.com for more information.) 7Hour Slumber helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. To me, a couple of hours of deep sleep is worth more than six hours of light, restless sleep.

Reposanex works naturally to synchronize your body’s circadian rhythms. It helps you fall asleep fast because it gets into your bloodstream quickly, unlike some Santa Rosa sleep aids that take hours to work.

I don’t know what knocked my natural sleep cycle out of whack. Maybe it was cramming (partying?) all night during my University of I’ll be back college days. It could have been the two years I worked graveyard shifts at my first Graton job. Perhaps it was those groggy months when the children were needing assistance through the night. Whatever it was that got me into this frustrating pattern of insomnia, I am determined to get out of it. 7Hour Slumber and Reposanex are going to help me.

They can help you too.

Mark’s Santa Rosa Sleep Diary

December 31st, 2009 by acument78

Mark's Santa Rosa Sleep Diary If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Santa Rosa, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.

Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.

By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Santa Rosa bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Santa Rosa neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take 7Hour Slumber. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.

I am Mark Stanford. I have used most sleep aids available in Santa Rosa, both prescription and over-the-counter. 7Hour Slumber is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.

By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Santa Rosa lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try 7Hour Slumber. I know it has helped many Santa Rosa sleep apnea patients, also.

Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In 95401

December 23rd, 2009 by acument78

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In 95401 Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the 95401 zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many Windsor folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy Santa Rosa insomniacs.

Some Sebastopol people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most Santa Rosa doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.

Many sleep doctors in 95401 recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include California and Reposanex. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in Santa Rosa including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.

More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://sleepproductsreview.com. To safely treat your insomnia, order California and Reposanex, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber

December 17th, 2009 by acument78

Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.

Mark’s Aurora Discussion On Causes Of Narcolepsy In Illinois. My name is Mark and Stanford. I have dealt with insomnia in Windsor for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside Sebastopol. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a Santa Rosa hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.

Fortunately, a Graton friend suggested 7Hour Slumber to treat my insomnia. 7Hour Slumber helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!

Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite Sebastopol fitness center. I have more energy for my Windsor friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.

The all-natural sleep aid 7Hour Slumber is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.

Good Sleep, Good Health in I’ll be back

Good Sleep, Good Health in I'll be back Mark’s Aurora Discussion On Causes Of Narcolepsy In Illinois

A few months ago, I read an interesting insomnia finding. Santa Rosa sleep researchers observed that sleep-deprived test subjects in a recent clinical trial got used to feeling tired. At first, study participants noticed that sleep deprivation affected their energy, cognitive abilities and mental health. However, after a few days of not sleeping, their tired state began to feel normal for them.

I suffer from insomnia and live in Santa Rosa. My name is Mark Stanford. I have spent a lot of time studying sleep, well actually, lack of sleep. After reading about the study mentioned previously, I realized that my “tired” state had become my new “normal”. I talked to several of my Santa Rosa friends and co-workers. I discovered that many of those that reported having trouble sleeping did not make a connection between their insomnia and various health issues.

For example, one Windsor insomniac who is an elementary school teacher told me that she often had trouble concentrating while talking to her students. A Graton man who works in my office catches every sickness going around and it seems to take him an unusually long time to get better.

Actually, many health problems can be caused by lack of sleep. Prolonged insomnia should never be ignored.

If you can’t sleep, I recommend California. California has helped me tremendously. As my sleep has improved, my health has improved also. You can learn more about California at http://sleepproductsreview.com.

Don’t let ‘tired’ become ‘normal’. Use California for good sleep and good health

California for Insomniacs in Santa Rosa

December 4th, 2009 by acument78

California for Insomniacs in Santa Rosa Does it seem like some Sebastopol teenagers sleep all the time? CA sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)

If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most Santa Rosa high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer Santa Rosa high schoolers would struggle to graduate.

In addition to schools, many other CA social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year Santa Rosa doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.

“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)

In addition to health care, many Sebastopol professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. Santa Rosa public safety workers, Sebastopol customer service personnel, Graton night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, Windsor restaurant workers, and Santa Rosa truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.

If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your Santa Rosa employment situation, California can help you. This all-natural Santa Rosa insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job. Get Sleep in Santa Rosa CA

November 26th, 2009 by acument78

Get Sleep in Santa Rosa CA Can you get sleep in Santa Rosa CA? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Santa Rosa I’ll be back. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Dark blue desk (yes, I have a Dark blue desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.

I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in Santa Rosa I’ll be back that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.

It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying California lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 306 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.

Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in I’ll be back are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a car while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.

California is a natural sleep aid on the Santa Rosa market. You can learn more about California at the official California website; just click on any link in this post to get to it.

Ciao,

-Mark

Mark’s Ongoing Santa Rosa Insomnia Study

November 19th, 2009 by

Santa Rosa Insomnia Study I’m Mark Stanford. A lot has been going on in my Dark blue bedroom in my house on 977 N. Dutton Ave. in Santa Rosa.

Actually, it is not what you may think. I am putting great effort into solving my insomnia problem. I have been comparing Santa Rosa sleep aids California, Reposanex and Sleep2Night for the past 306 days. Though I don’t have an official “sleep lab” in Sebastopol or Windsor, I do have a sleep-deprived test subject–myself.

So far, Reposanex, an all-natural sleep aid sold over-the-counter in Santa Rosa, is most effective at allowing me to fall asleep. Sleep2Night takes longer to work but helps me stay asleep until morning. I have had mixed results with California, but I am going to use it exclusively next week.

Can you relate to my frustrations? Have you been troubled with insomnia? When I meet insomniacs around I’ll be back we compare stories. Though we all feel lousy enough when we don’t get a full night’s sleep, we feel even worse when we acknowledge all the related problems. Lack of sleep can trigger depression, weight gain, cognitive problems and a suppressed immune system.

For Santa Rosa insomnia patients, sleep can be compared to essentials such as food and water. I would pay Santa Barbara” for a non-addictive sleep aid. Fortunately, California, Reposanex and Sleep2Night are competitively priced. See 25067 for more information. I’ll post in a few weeks and let you know how California worked.

Help for Insomnia in Santa Rosa

November 13th, 2009 by

Help for Insomnia in Santa Rosa It has been a while since I posted. I have a lot to tell you about some new sleep aids I am trying. I used 7Hour Slumber for three nights this last week. The first night I slept for five hours. That is a long time for me. The second night I slept five and a half hours. I was feeling pretty good. The third night I actually slept six and a half hours. That is the first time in four months I have gotten almost a normal night’s sleep! Hooray! And I didn’t feel foggy headed the next day.

My Santa Rosa home is near a much-traveled road and it seems I never get any sleep. I should be used to the traffic because I have lived here for 306 years and there is a constant movement of noise. The traffic comes from Sebastopol and heads toward Windsor blowing their horns sometimes as they pass through.

Unfortunately, I am usually such a light sleeper that even distant train whistles wake me up. I hear the first whistles at about 1:00 a.m. then I toss and turn until about 3:00 when sometimes I can drift off to sleep. Guess what? With 7Hour Slumber, I didn’t wake up once!

I’m Mark Stanford. My life has improved dramatically since discovering 7Hour Slumber. I have had limited success in the past with California and Reposanex. When I compare 7Hour Slumber to California and Reposanex, I think the greatest advantage is that you don’t have to keep upping your dose for them to work. Are you one of the many frustrated insomniacs in Santa Rosa? Are you bothered by those lack-of-sleep headaches that kick in about noon after a sleepless night? Are you afraid you are going to nod off while driving home from work? Help is on the way. See http://sleepproductsreview.com for more info about 7Hour Slumber.

Ciao
